Privacy policy

This page describes what this website collects and what it does not. It is written to describe actual behaviour, and it will be updated in the same change as any behaviour it describes.

What the site collects

The consultation request form asks for a first name, an email address, an optional telephone number, a ZIP code, a preferred consultation format and an optional general interest category. Those fields are what the form collects, and nothing else.

The newsletter form collects an email address.

What the site deliberately does not collect

We do not ask for a diagnosis, a medication list, a medical history, insurance identifiers or any documents. Please do not send them.

The request form runs no advertising pixel and no session-replay script.

Health information

We are not a healthcare provider and this site is not a medical record. Information submitted here is not protected health information held by a covered entity, which is precisely why the form is built not to ask for any.

Sharing

Where you submit a consultation request, the details you provide are passed to the clinic or clinics you selected so that they can respond. That is the purpose of the form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Marketing consent

Any marketing option on this site is unchecked by default and is kept separate from the action you came to perform. Consenting to be contacted by a clinic about your request is a different question from consenting to marketing email from us, and the forms ask them separately.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests to unsubscribe are honoured on receipt.

Current implementation note

This site is pre-launch. The forms do not yet transmit to a backend, and no analytics or advertising script is installed. When either changes, this page changes with it.

Something on this page out of step with what the site actually does? That is a bug, and we want to hear about it. How this catalogue works →
