How this works

How this catalogue works

This is a catalogue, not a ranking. We do not score clinics, we do not rate suppliers against each other, and no entry can be bought. What we do is record observable facts, say where each one came from and when, and mark plainly the difference between something we read and something we confirmed.

Clinic records 190 every field read off the clinic’s own site
Pages we read 277 each one linked on the record it produced
Supplier entries 12 listed alphabetically, never ranked
Verified records 0 licence, phone and address independently confirmed

What the catalogue looks like when you count it

The rules below decide what gets recorded. This is what applying them to real clinics produced — including, prominently, the things clinics do not say about themselves.

Names at least one clinician 150 / 190
The remainder advertise prescription treatment without naming anyone.
Publishes a price of any kind 38 / 190
A consultation fee, a monthly range or a membership rate — anything numeric.
Says where its compounded drugs come from 67 / 190
Most say nothing. Almost none name the pharmacy.
Publishes a legal or trading entity 7 / 190
A registered company name, not just a brand.
Publishes a licence number or NPI 0 / 190
Not one. This is why no record on this site is Verified, and why every page says the licence is unchecked.
Counted across every published clinic record, from the sources linked on each profile.

Listed is not the same as verified

Most directories blur these two. We keep them apart, because the difference is the whole value of the record.

Listed

190 records

Every field was read off the clinic's own website on a stated date. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is taken from a third-party directory.

  • Clinic operates a real, reachable website we fetched ourselves
  • Name, address and phone read off that site, with the date observed
  • Service categories taken from what the clinic advertises for itself
  • Any published price recorded exactly, or marked "not published"
  • Clinician names printed only in the form the clinic itself prints them
  • Every field traceable to a listed source URL

Verified

0 records

An independent confirmation step on top of the above. Until all of it is done, a record says "verification pending" and means it.

  • Licence or NPI confirmed in the state registry, with the lookup date recorded
  • Telephone answered by the named clinic rather than a shared call centre
  • Address confirmed as a treating location, not a virtual office or mail drop
  • Named clinician confirmed as currently practising at that location
  • Any regulatory or disciplinary record checked and, if found, linked

Right now every record in this catalogue is Listed and none is Verified. We would rather say that than imply a check we have not performed. A clinic naming a clinician on its own website is not the same as a state registry confirming that clinician's licence, and this site will never present the first as if it were the second.

What we record about a research supplier

The same fields for every supplier, recorded the same way. These are observations about published documentation — not judgements about product quality, which we have no way to assess because we do not purchase or test anything.

What a certificate of analysis cannot establish

A supplier-hosted certificate is evidence that a document was published — not that a shipped unit matches it. HPLC area percent is chromatographic purity, not net peptide content, and no purity figure establishes sterility, correct labelling or human safety. We record what a document shows and stop there. When a city page exists at all

A market page exists once we hold a record for it, and every record on it clears the same bar. Cities we list with no record link to their state hub instead — they are shown so the gaps in our coverage stay visible rather than hidden.

  • At least one listed provider record — a market page exists once we hold a record for it
  • Name, address and phone observed for each record, with dates
  • At least one clinician named by the clinic itself
  • Original local introduction — no templated filler
  • Real service-category distribution
  • Price observations recorded where published, or a statement of insufficiency
  • State-specific care or telehealth context
  • Visible sources and useful internal links
  • No unresolved factual warnings

What this site never publishes

This is a standing editorial constraint, not a current gap. Some of it costs us traffic, and we accept that.

No dosing or administration
No dose ranges, titration schedules, reconstitution instructions, injection technique or syringe guidance, anywhere, for any substance. Those questions belong with a clinician who has evaluated you.
No stacking or protocols
We compare mechanisms, approval status and evidence quality. We do not help anyone construct a regimen.
No purchase paths for human use
The research section documents what suppliers publish about themselves. It is not a shopping guide, and it carries no affiliate links and no followed outbound links to any supplier.
No animal data dressed as human benefit
Where the evidence for a substance is rodent and in-vitro work, our guide says exactly that, however the substance is marketed.

Corrections, and what a listed business may ask for

May Correct a factual error, update a changed address, phone, price or clinician, or supply an identifier for verification. Corrections are made promptly and dated in the record.
May not Remove an accurate entry, suppress a sourced regulatory record, approve copy before publication, or purchase a position. No placement on this site is for sale.

If something here about your business is wrong, tell us what is wrong and where the correct information is published, and we will fix it and date the change. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
